Refund policy
Right to cancel (EU/EEA customers)
If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us at support@synthet.studio within that window, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. You cover return shipping. Items should come back in essentially the condition you received them — you're liable for any loss in value from handling beyond what's needed to check the product. We'll refund within 14 days of getting the item back (or proof you've sent it), using your original payment method.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at support@synthet.studio and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. EU/EEA consumers have a statutory right to a remedy for faulty goods for a minimum of two years from delivery.
Customers outside the EU/EEA
These statutory rights don't apply, but we still want you happy with your order — if something's wrong, email us and we'll work it out.
Delivery and refunds
Our sample packs, sound kits, project files, and presets are digital products delivered electronically. By completing your purchase, you request immediate access to the download. For EU/EEA consumers, this means you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download becomes available, as permitted for digital content.
All sales of digital products are final once a download has been accessed. The exception is faulty files (e.g. corrupted or incomplete) — contact us at support@synthet.studio and we'll fix it or refund you.
