All Synthet products are made to order — each item is produced specifically for you after you place your order.

No refunds

Because items are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds, including for a change of mind or for the wrong size being selected. Please double-check your size and options before completing your purchase.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we will replace it free of charge. Email synthet7@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll sort out a replacement.

Digital products

Project files and sample packs are non-refundable, as they are delivered instantly as digital downloads.
